Meet the community in Bupala and help them build a new latrine.

Day 1: Friday July 27th
Arrive Entebbe. You will be staying overnight in  Entebbe as most flights from the US arrive late in the day. We
will pick you  from the airport, go to the hotel, relax and eat some dinner or snack, depending  on arival time.  

Day 2 : Saturday July 28th
Breakfast at the hotel and then on to Bupala
village. Enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
We'll stop for lunch and  continue on to the village. We should arrive in the village late in  the fternoon. We'll meet and greet the community. We will be staying in a
house with a toilet and unning water while in the village. All meals will be
provided by a local cook. This helps to mploy the local villagers.

Day 3: Sunday
After breakfast we will head out to Beautiful Sipi Falls for a day of hiking and enjoying the falls.

Day 4 - 8: Monday - Friday, July 30th - August 3
These will be days spent  helping to build the latrine, side by side with the ommunity. Free  time efore dinner, relax in the evening and enjoy village life.

Day 9: Saturday - August 4th
After breakfast we will head to Jinja. For a  bit of adventure, you can opt to go white water afting in the beautiful Blue  Nile. There are all levels of rapids and rafting to choose from. Oernight in  Jinja.

 Day 10: Sunday - August 5th
Some free time in the morning and then we will  head to Kampala. We’ll see a wonderful dance and music show highlighting the  different traditions from all over Uganda. Sleep in Kampala at the Speke  Hotel.

Day 11 - Monday - August 6th
We'll take an urban tour or head out to  safari. If not going on safari, we'll see some of the sites from the Buganda  people on Kabbaka's trail, including the famous Kasubi tombs where  the Buganda kings used to be buried. We'll have time to shop  before  heading back home. 


Immediately following the project, Kuchanga Travel is offering an optional wildlife safari in Uganda's amazing mountain forest and riparian preserves.
