Livingstone African Lion & Elephant Research & Conservation
As a volunteer at Livingstone, you will be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the conservation project, including lion walks and research as well as general conservation activities. Alongside the walks you will be involved in the care of the animals which overnight in enclosures. They need feeding, cleaning, and occasionally veterinary care. Join our team of professional guides and other dedicated volunteers, gain a deeper understanding of lions and other wildlife, and assist us in gathering vital information that will facilitate their eventual release back into the wild. In addition, volunteers will be involved with a variety of fundamental conservation duties in the National Park such as our Elephant Monitoring Project as well as community-based initiatives such as presenting conservation education to the local community.
